PATIENT INFORMATION

Emergencies:

When the Office is Closed – If you have an emergency, immediately call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. When the office is closed, if you have a medical problem that you do not feel is an emergency but can’t wait until our office reopens, call 717-496-0359 or 717-267-6330 and our answering service will have a provider information

Electronic Medical Records:

Now we have 100% electronic medical records system in our office, This new system provide best care for our Patients, This EMR provide us Electronic Prescription (e-RX) and fast service to all local drug stores/Pharmacies. We do receive all Labs & other results faster thru this new EMR system.

Appointments:

We are accepting new patients, you may call any time and leave massege, we will call you back and make your appointment.

Cancellation of Appointments:

Appointments for office visits and testing should be cancelled 24 hours in advance so that we may make those times available to other patients.

Medical Records:

The information in your records is confidential and protected by HIPAA. Your information will not be given out unless you have signed release forms in our office allowing us to do so. There may be a charge for copying and sending records. You will be informed of any charge at the time of your request.

Return Phone Calls:

Because our Doctor have a full-schedule of patients to see each day, She most often return calls at the end of the day. Phone calls are returned in the order they are received.

Prescription Refills:

It is important that you do not let your prescriptions run out. Please call (717) 267-6330 for refill. Please note that prescriptions cannot be refilled on weekends and when our office is closed for holidays. Refill or new prescription need 48 hours advance notice.

Lab and Test Results:

You will be either informed at the time of your visit or phoned by our office with your lab or test results.

Payment for Services:

Services are available to everyone. We participate with most insurances and accept Medical Assistance and Medicare. We have a sliding fee scale for those who qualify, and we will work with patients to set up a payment plan if necessary. Your payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Now we accept cash, checks or credit/debit cards.

Call our office at (717) 496-0359 Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm if you have a question about your bill.
